A defenseless calf - that means infant or child - was chased, terrorized and beaten until it had to be put to death. How can there be any question to the boys punishment? It has been PROVEN that children that abuse animals have a VERY HIGH chance of becoming murders. Let s stop and consider that these boys chased a human child - who would no doubt be terrified, and then beaten until treatment would be futile and the child died - would these boys be treated differently? We will be judged by how we treat the weakest of our society - the victims - not these juveniles that will go on to more henious crimes. God help us all.
